“Peanut butter and Jelly” protein shake!
This is SOOOOO GOOD!!! And both of my kids divoured it!
1 cup milk (I chose almond milk)
1/4 cup nut butter (I used PB Fit powder instead)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1-2 cups frozen berries
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup oats (for a more smooth texture, cook them first… I do not mind them uncooked)
Honey to taste (I used local honey to help with seasonal allergies)
Blend…and… ENJOY! 👌🏼
