Zucchini Pizza!

Zucchini pizzas! THESE ARE SO GOOD!

 

Preheat oven to 350

•Slice the zucchini

•Coat both sides with olive oil

•Lay slices on a baking sheet

•Sprinkle with sea salt, garlic powder, and fresh ground pepper

•Add pizza sauce or crushed tomatoes(whichever you prefer)

•Top with freshly grated mozzarella and basil

 

Bake 20-25 minutes and ENJOY!

Everyone from my husband, to my two boys and I loved them! They make a great pizza alternative!
